These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tv999 platform and all related services. tv999 operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this site, registering an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

• The same person may not operate multiple accounts.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password or access credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the tv999 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure service, tv999 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include a request to submit a national ID card, passport, or other documents. tv999 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tv999 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions made through any method outside this list will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No deposit or withdrawal below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals on tv999 are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Delays may occur in some cases due to technical or banking issues.

• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• tv999 may place a withdrawal on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on tv999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in another currency, automatic conversion may apply and any exchange rate difference will be the user's responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, the bonus will be ৳8,000 as per the maximum limit, making your total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward the wagering calculation.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time; they will be cancelled upon expiry.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; separate terms may apply to subsequent deposits.

4.3 General Promotional Rules

tv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses simultaneously. In the event of a breach of bonus terms, tv999 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.1 VIP Tiers

tv999 has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. tv999 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, cashback rates, and tier criteria at any time. Cashback is generally credited at a set time each week.

6.1 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on tv999 is governed by the specific rules of the relevant game. Each game or betting market has its own terms, which are made clear before the game begins. tv999 reserves the right to void or review bets in the event of a technical error or erroneous result.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
• tv999 is not liable for any loss caused by a disconnection.
• tv999 may void any purported winnings resulting from a software error.
• For sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.2 Prohibited Activities
